These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of holdfastcyber.us (the "Site"), operated by Holdfast Cyber LLC ("Holdfast Cyber," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
This Site provides general information about Holdfast Cyber's CMMC readiness and managed compliance advisory services. Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or compliance advice specific to your organization.
Browsing the Site, reading its content, or submitting an inquiry through our contact form does not create a consulting, advisory, or client relationship between you and Holdfast Cyber, and does not obligate either party to any engagement. A formal relationship begins only when both parties sign a separate written agreement (such as a Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement) describing the specific services, scope, fees, and terms.
Holdfast Cyber provides CMMC readiness advisory, gap assessment, and related services. We do not issue CMMC certifications, and certification decisions are made solely by authorized, accredited third-party assessment organizations (C3PAOs) and/or the Department of Defense's designated authorities. Nothing on this Site or in any general description of our services should be understood as a guarantee of any particular SPRS score, certification outcome, contract award, or audit result.
Please do not submit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Federal Contract Information (FCI), classified information, or other sensitive or regulated data through this Site's contact form or any general email correspondence. Our contact form is intended for general business inquiries only; secure channels for sensitive information are established after a formal engagement begins.
All text, graphics, logos, service marks, and other content on this Site are the property of Holdfast Cyber LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Our contact form is provided through a third-party platform (HubSpot). Use of that form is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices. The Site may also link to third-party websites; we do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.

This limitation does not apply to obligations undertaken in a separately signed services agreement, which will govern liability for actual advisory engagements.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holdfast Cyber LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Michigan.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
